Nancy Conner :: Chair
A past President, Nancy is also President of the Golden Gate Concourse Authority and on the San Francisco Symphony Board.

Rebecca Green Birdsall :: Past Chair
Rebecca retired from Hewlett Packard to raise her son and also serves as the CFO of the Donald & Maureen Green Foundation. She served as Chair of the Campaign to Restore the Conservatory of Flowers and is now Chair of the Playfields Initiative and on the Development Committee.

Glenn Q. Snyder :: Vice-Chair
Glenn is a managing partner in Pillsbury Winthrop LLP and serves as general counsel for the Parks Trust and serves on the Finance Committee.

Kelly Nice :: Secretary
Kelly is founder and Partner in Nice Advertising and led the marketing effort for the re-opening of the Conservatory of Flowers and is Chair of the Marketing Committee.

Alexander Muromcew :: Treasurer
Alex works as an investment advisor at TIAA-CREF, and has served on the Parks Trust Finance Committee for the past year and is Chair of that Committee this year.

Albert Adams, Ed.D
Al is the Head of School at Lick-Wilmerding High School in San Francisco. He also volunteers on a number of projects including the restoration of the Geneva Car Barn and is a founding member of the Playfields Initiative Planning Committee.

Beresford Amoroso
Beresford has been a member of the Board since 1974. She has volunteered as a Golden Gate Park Guide, lending her expertise to forming one of our most popular programs. She serves on the Programming Committee.

Andrew Barish
Andrew is a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst in the Consumer Group at Banc of America Securities LLC, where he follows the restaurant industry. Prior to his focus on the restaurant industry, Andrew served as an Environmental Services Analyst at Robertson Stephens from 1993 to 1995 and at Kidder Peabody from 1989 to 1993. Andrew is married to Kathy Barish and together they have two children, Samantha and Bradley.

Constance Goodyear Baron
Connie is also President of the Board of Langley Porter and is on the Board of the Museums of Fine Arts. She serves on the Development Committee.

Hilary Bates
Hilary is a licensed California architect who has worked in private and group practice in the Bay Area since 1990. One of her recent projects on Telegraph Hill was published last year in This Old House magazine and was given the Telegraph Hill Dweller's Preservation Award by then president, Aaron Peskin.

Meg Bertero
Meg is a clinical psychologist who has worked in both hospital and community clinics throughout the Bay Area. Meg strongly believes in protecting and preserving outdoor spaces and landmarks, particularly within San Francisco's borders. Meg is married to fellow Bay Area native Craige Bertero, who works for Union Bank of Switzerland in the Investment division.

Robert Bransten
Bob was born here and attended public school in San Francisco. He graduated from Dartmouth and received his MBA at Stanford. He is president and founder of Bransten Management.

Tom Bressan
Owner of The Urban Farmer Stores and expert in horticulture, Tom has retail expertise to aid in our merchandising ventures and serves on the Marketing Committee.

Lauren Hall
Lauren was Chair of the Park Leadership Society and now Chairs the Development Committee. She is also on the Fine Arts Museums Board and the founder of Friends of Alta Plaza Park.

Patrick Hannan
Patrick is an associate at Staton & Hughes, a San Francisco-based political consulting and strategic communications firm where he develops and implements media strategies for political campaigns, corporations, and nonprofit organizations. He also serves on the Recreation and Park Department's Parks, Recreation and Open Space Advisory Committee.

Janet Holland
Partner in Daoro, Zydel and Holland CPA, Janet also serves on the Board of Sacred Heart Cathedral High School. She is on the Finance Committee.

John C. Hooper
Jock is also the president of the Tahoe Conservancy, owns Oz Farm and was one of the founding board members of Friends of the Urban Forest. He serves on the Programming Committee.

Jacqueline Collins Hullar
Jackie spent ten years working in institutional sales on Wall Street. She serves on the Development Committee for the Parks Trust. Jackie is also involved at the Hamlin School and the Edgewood Center for Children and Families.

Edgar Lopez
An architect that works for the Department of Public Works, he served as Project Manager for restoration of the Conservatory of Flowers. He serves on the Development Committee.

Dave Margulius
Dave is an analyst focused on the enterprise technology marketplace, providing insight into market trends through thought leadership events with CIOs and other IT executives. Dave holds an MBA from Stanford Business School and a Computer Science degree from Brown University. Originally from Boston, he now lives in the Potrero Hill neighborhood of San Francisco.

Avenne McBride
Avenne is currently the Program Director for CAVEC's Asian American Leadership Program, designed to educate and train potential Asian American candidates for public office. Avenne is a long-time San Francisco resident and a frequent user of many of the amazing resources of the Recreation and Parks Department, including Golden Gate Stables, Camp Mather, Silver Tree and Pine Lake Summer camps.

Tim Newell
Tim is Managing Director of Element Venture Partners, a clean technology venture capital firm. He is a former Director of the California Clean Energy Fund. Tim joined the Board of Trustees of the Parks Trust in 2004 and serves on the Finance Committee.

Burton Rockwell, F.A.I.A.
Burt is principal and founder of Rockwell and Rockwell Architects, AIA. And serves on the Programming Committee.

Sam Singer
Sam is founder and president of Singer Associates and has more than 20 years experience working with corporations, governments, non-profit agencies, and trade associations to develop their public affairs, public relations, communications and crisis strategies. One of the nation's leading corporate reputation and communications strategists, Sam is a former journalist and political campaign manager.

Ray Taliaferro
Ray is a radio personality on KGO radio and also serves on the board of Strybing Arboretum Society. He has been active in the Bay Area media for more than 40 years and serves on the Development Committee.

Edith Tobin
Edith is as an avid horticulturalist and is an advocate of children with special needs. She serves on the Development Committee.

John Ware
John is currently a Senior Director within Spencer Stuart's Technology & Communications practice. A fourteen year resident of San Francisco, John is married to artist Margaret Tcheng Ware. They have two children and a Norwich Terrier, Sterling, who rules the beach at Crissy Field on a daily basis.

Jessica Wheeler
Jessica is a California native. After graduating from the University of Colorado with distinction in 1990, she worked at Oracle Corporation. Jessica is currently an active board member of the Randall Museum Friends and is a full-time stay at home mom, for her two daughters, Violet and Georgia.

Yomi is General Manager for the Recreation and Parks Department and former head of their Capital Division.
