JAPANESE TEA GARDEN/STOW LAKE/STRAWBERRY HILL:: Discover the rich history behind San Francisco’s natural beauty.
We’ll start with a tour of the Japanese Tea Garden, then climb up to Stow Lake, cross the Roman Bridge and hike up the old Carriage Path to the top of Strawberry Hill, the former site of the Sweeney Observatory. Then we’ll descend down Huntington Falls to the Taipei Pavilion. Meet inside the Tea Garden Gate in Golden Gate Park. Tea Garden admission is free at this tour time, as it begins before 10 am. This tour may be abbreviated due to inclement weather.
