Park Partner Innovator Awards: $20,000 for park projects San Francisco Parks Trust is accepting applications for the Park Partner Innovator Awards. Awards are between $500 and $2000 for the one-time purchase of items orequipment that will help increase park usership or strengthen the program’s constituency.

SFPT awarded $100K for parks and open space in the City! The Stewardship Council chose SFPT's Street Parks program as one of six recipients in California of its Collaboration Fund Grant. Street Parks will receive $70,000 to continue its innovative program that mobilizes young people to transform unused city lots, such as street medians or hillsides, into thriving community gardens everyone can enjoy. Teens have fun getting their hands dirty and develop a personal stake in their neighborhoods, while learning about the environment and how to work as a team.
