STREET PARKS GARDENING DAY: Saturday, June 6, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at Vista Pointe Garden in Bernal Heights, intersection of Esmeralda Avenue and Bradford Street, near the eastern edge of Bernal Heights Park. Join SFPT at this new street park which has a fabulous view of the city. We'll be weeding, spreading wood chips, and doing other fun gardening tasks. Information: 415.750.5224
FAMILY DAY CLEANUP: Saturday, June 6, 9:00 am - 12 noon Folsom Playground, at the intersection of 21st Street and Folsom Street in the Mission District. Join DPW and volunteers in beautifying the community. Volunteers will be painting over graffiti, removing weeds, and picking up litter to keep SF clean and green. Information: 415.750.5224
STREET PARKS GARDENING DAY: Saturday, June 20, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at 300 Channel Street, along Mission Creek Marina, between 4th and 6th Streets. Join us at this unique site to assist in the maintenance of the native plant area along the Mission Creek Marina.
